A Typical Day At Bayaan Academy

Art is taught by one of Tampa’s local artists and consists of teaching the students the basics of color, line and form in a fun and innovative way.

Where Humanitarian Outreach Club provides help to those outside of Bayaan Academy, Student Council’s goal is to help Bayaan Academy improve its services for the students of Bayaan. Student representatives work with the administration in helping to enrich our school program.

Debate is an active learning process that trains adolescents in public speaking and debate. It teaches them to be active and critical listeners, and it increases their note-taking skills. Debate Club is especially suited for middle school students, because, at this age, they are very excited to voice their opinions.

Our students learn everyday skills that are usually performed in the home. These activities range from sorting laundry, to learning basic stitches, to decorating cakes. All of this is provided in a fun and interactive manner.

One of the goals of Bayaan Academy is to prepare students to be active members of their community. Humanitarian Outreach Club provides students with the opportunity to assist in helping people who are in need whether a neighbor in our community or in a different country. We raise money, give time, and provide basic items to help wherever we can.
