Dr. El-Deeb has completed her education in different concentrations.  She is a graduate of Cairo University School of Medicine and obtained a Master’s Degree in Immunology from Cairo University in 1989.  After completing her residency at the National Cancer Institute of Cairo, she was a lecturer at Cairo University, where she submitted her thesis for her Doctorate Degree in Clinical Pathology and Oncologic Laboratory Medicine in 1996.

Dr. El-Deeb owes her Qur’an Education to Ustatha Zainab Helmy Qutb and Sheikh Mohammad Fuaad, from whom she received her Certification of Tajweed, Qur’an Recitation, and Manzumat; Ustatha Mervat Saber, from whom she received her Ijazah of Qur’an Hifdh according to the narration of Imam Hafs, and Sheikh Mohammad Farooq Al Raee, Head of the Furqan Center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from whom she received her Nuraniyah Certification, all with excellence, by Allah’s grace.

Dr. El-Deeb moved to Florida with her family in 1998. With the awareness of the crucial role of the teachings of the Qur’an in the upbringing of Muslim youth and in promoting healthy Muslim communities and a prosperous humanity at large, her passion for teaching Islamic Studies and Qur’an took over. She joined Universal Academy of Florida (UAF) in 1998 and served as an Islamic Studies teacher till 2003.

Dr. El-Deeb has occupied a number of positions as an Islamic educator and Qur’an and Nuraniyah teacher, as well as Qur’an program supervisor.  She published a series of Islamic Studies books for Elementary students; “Islamic Education, A Step-by-Step Approach” and has presented in a number of educational forums and workshops for professional development of Qur’an teachers in several USA states, Cairo, Jeddah, and Dubai. She believes Qur’an educators should receive adequate training to qualify for such a critical job. She invested in putting together a skill-based Qur’an curriculum for children K-12 and designing standardized assessment models.

Dr. El-Deeb served American Youth Academy from (2005 -2015) as the supervisor of the Qur’an program at AYA and the director of the American Youth Academy Hifdh Program.  She is also the Chief Nuraniyah Instructor and Head of the Nuraniyah Training Certification Exam committee in North America.  She is the founder of Ahlul-Qur’an Academy for Qur’an education for children and adults. Dr. El-Deeb loves children and enjoys teaching. She believes the Holy Qur’an is the nourishment to our souls and our means of engaging in intimate conversations with Allah SWT. The most rewarding moments of her life are those when her students unfold some of the hidden pearls of the Qur’an
